“Andy Roid”, the RoboThespian, greets visitors entering the Roboworld exhibition at the Carnegie Science Center in Pittsburgh. Carnegie Science Center is dedicated to educating, entertaining and inspiring through programs in science, sports, and technology. Roboworld opened in 2008 and is the world’s largest and most comprehensive permanent robotics exhibition, featuring famous robots such as Hal9000, R2D2, Gort and C-3PO. Learn how ‘bots sense, think, and act and explore dozens of interactive exhibit stations in this one-of-a-kind robotics experience.

Andy, who was named following a competition run by the centre, answers questions on all things robotic. Now in his second incarnation, the current Andy is a 3rd generation RoboThespian (RT3).
